Located throughout New York City, Long Island, and Newark, New Jersey, our network of Business Outreach Centers, or BOCs, offers help, guidance, information, and support for your enterprise.

BOC Capital Corp. is a community development fund initiative. BOC Capital’s goal is to strengthen local businesses and help them move to the next level.
Working with our network of collaborating member organizations, linkage partners, employees, and volunteers, BOC Capital helps to connect local entrepreneurs to the full complement of business assistance services, as well as financial, legal, and other important resources to help their businesses thrive and grow.
BCC offers local entrepreneurs flexible, customized term loans up to $250,000, purchase order and contract-based loans, as well as ongoing business development assistance to qualified applicants. BOC offers affordable, user-friendly loan products critical to business needs such as:
- Order-based loans: $1000-$250,000 ($500,000 on NYC Agency contracts/purchase orders) to finance production related to purchase orders or contracted services.
- Short-term loans: $500 to $50,000 with repayment terms shorter than 1 year for specific business purposes.
- Long-term loans: $1,000 to $250,000 with repayment terms from 1 to 7 years for equipment purchase and working capital.
- Interest rates vary.
Beyond our own loan assistance program, we are connected to banks, economic development agencies, and other micro-loan organizations that may serve the needs of our clients better than our own programs. In such cases, we refer you directly to the appropriate program and will assist you with the necessary connections and applications to make it happen.
