The Maspeth Industrial Business Association (MIBA) provides a collective voice in advocating the needs and interests of industrial and manufacturing businesses in Maspeth, Queens in New York City. MIBA promotes the development and retention of these businesses and connects them with resources and opportunities to maximize their competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Darryl Hollon - BkE Director

Darryl is the BOC BKE Director of Industrial Business Development and has been with BOC since 2017. For over two decades, he has enjoyed a productive career in economic development assisting all size businesses that presently include manufacturing, industrial, wholesale distribution, construction, import-export and the film industry primarily located in the East New York and Flatlands-Fairfield Industrial Business Zones (IBZ). Darryl also works with the BOC Network's Queens IBZ's: Ridgewood, Maspeth, Woodbridge and Steinway. Because of his vast knowledge of the industrial sector, he is often sought after to weigh in on shaping industrial policies that will ensure the industrial regions survival and expansion well into this 21st century. Darryl is also a Licensed New York State Notary Public and Licensed New York City Commissioner of Deeds. Darryl’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science, Education & Organizational Management from Mercy College.
